Qualify in Reiki level 1 - midweek course
At the end of this one-day training course you will be fully qualified in Reiki level one and be able to heal yourself, family and friends. The day is relaxed, friendly and very informative. You will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practice.
The Usui Reiki training day covers:
- the history and principles of Reiki
- the Reiki attunements
- healing yourself with Reiki – theory and practice
- healing others with Reiki – theory and practice
You will be taught to heal someone from a therapy bed and also a chair. There will be a few simple meditations throughout the day to help you relax.
You will need to bring your own lunch and a pen.

I also currently run Reiki student meet ups throughout the year. A chance to get together with other Reiki students and further practice your new skills. These are run on a suggested contribution basis of £5 as everyone’s financial position varies.
