A 14 week programme to promote mindfulness in your daily life. Through the application of energetic healing and mindfulness techniques, including meditation, visualisation, breathing, body work, chakric re-balancing and auric cleansing. Highly personalised one-to-one programmes, with sessions booked to suit, or for your own groups. Distant sessions also available via phone or Skype. Helping you to restore a deeper sense of balance and peace in your daily living and a greater sense of connectedness to your life path and purpose.
