Breathworks® mindfulness for stress is one the easiest and most comprehensive mindfulness-based programs. This course involves a secular approach based on an understanding of mindfulness that is evidenced by neuroscience and supported by research evidence.
What is the level of the course?
This course is ideal for people who want to learn to meditate, or have not taken a recognized training in mindfulness or want to develop skills to better deal with stressful situations or improve their well-being.
What will the course cover? And how will I be taught?
By focusing each week on a different aspect of your life, you can learn to recognize habits and patterns of reactions. In addition to learning some simple principles about how the mind and brain work, you will be able to explore a range of mindfulness techniques that have been helpful so many people.

I am passionate about meditation and have been teaching it since 2006. It has taken me many years of practice to understand what meditation is about and learn the difference between the various approaches.
