Mindfulness and meditation

This workshop is for both beginners and those who know how to meditate and relax. We begin with mindfulness meditation. We will be clearing chakras and using guided meditations. We will also follow the current season, Samain which is around Halloween or All Saints Day, the end of the Celtic year, a time of going within to meditate and prepare for the colder Winter to come and the oncoming Winter Soltice (the longest night). The vale between this world and the next is at it's thinnest as we honour our ancestors and the year that has gone, a time of contemplation and completion. Finding guidance for the year ahead.
Bring lunch to share - refreshment drinks will be provided.
About the host
Shirley has been a therapist since 1997 and ran a retreat in Croatia for 5 years. She is a healer and intuitive life coach having also studied psychosynthesis. She has also run workshops in chakra dancing and meditation classes and recently went on a red earth retreat in Spain to broaden her own knowledge and healing.
