Classes are held at 7pm every Wednesday.
In these classes you will experience methods of meditation and mindfulness. Through guided meditation and tutoring you will develop new skills for relaxation.
There is always a friendly welcome and room for new experiences. It doesn't matter what religion or culture you are from, meditation is for everyone that wants it.
Each class is different and we all make it our own. Come and learn in a safe and relaxed environment. This truly is a path of discovery that brings wonderful rewards.

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Complementary therapist with years of experience. I have many techniques and experiences to draw on. I use these to teach meditation and assist you in finding the best methods and levels for you.
