Meditation is a way to learn mindful practice. We will look at several different ways to meditate, such as creative visualisation, using sound, sight and symbols, and moving meditation, for you to find the easiest way for you to learn this art.
Meditation is a way to find deep relaxation, contemplate a problem or challenge, get answers to inner questions and more.
About the host
Workshop leader - Linda Bishopp is a Jungian psychotherapist, counsellor, healer, reiki master and thought field therapist. She has worked as a therapist for 30 years and is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Complementary Therapists Association and the Holistic Energy Association.
