Herb walk

A gentle stroll whilst identifying and discussing the medicinal benefits of plants that we come across. You will be amazed at the number of local plants, some considered to be weeds, that are useful for healing. We can discuss each plants traditional use, chemical constituents, science behind modern use and effectiveness in clinic. 

You will enjoy this event if you like growing herbs, making home remedies or just find herbs to be amazing natural pharmacies. 

Meet up time:      1.45pm
Meet up venue:    Outside Canons Park Station (Jubilee Line)
Walk starts at:     2pm
Walk ends at:      3.30pm
Followed by optional picnic. 

What to bring:      Comfy shoes, waterproofs, water, (picnic).

Fee:                     £5.00 adults
                           Children are welcome when accompanied by parent/guardian.
