Would you like to learn how you can release stress and resolve negative emotions relatively quickly?
Would you like to learn how to use EFT for yourself to resolve problems in your life, and improve performance in any area?
If so, join me for the this monthly Harpenden EFT tapping group.
EFT is an easy and effective technique for improving your performance and resolving problems in your life. Rather like acupuncture but without needles, it uses gentle self-tapping on your face and body, which anyone can learn to do. It is a fast growing therapy and it can often help where other treatments have failed, even with physical pain or health problems.
EFT can be used to:
- Overcome self-doubt, boost self-esteem and confidence.
- Reduce cravings for cigarettes, chocolate, alcohol etc.
- Release fears, phobias and anxiety.
- Manage and reduce pain and physical symptoms.
- Alleviate anger, resentment, shame, guilt, and judgement.
- Release the effects of trauma and other painful events.
The group is held every third Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm - 9.30pm.
Venue: The Quaker Meeting House, 12 Southdown Road, Harpenden, AL5 1PD.
To book: Please send me an email or call me.
This group is open to anyone, whether you are a complete beginner or someone who already experienced in EFT and knows how empowering EFT can be.
About the host
I'm qualified in a range of therapeutic techniques including EFT, hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), but EFT is the technique I find works fastest and is most effectively for my clients.
I have a particular interest in helping people with anxiety issues.
