Jenny teaches the original Japanese Reiki in the usui tradition in its simplest form, uncluttered and powerful. Courses are generally held in my home in a room used only for Reiki and meditation, creating a calm and peaceful environment. The course is usually held on a weekend, or by arrangement, they are very informal and enjoyable with every opportunity for discussion. You will be introduced to exercises enabling you to experience different levels of energy, tuition on the history of Reiki and how to follow your intuition and intent with honesty.
Time is given for quiet and meditation. When Reiki is experienced for the first time it is a very special emotion and not to be hurried!
A student can at any time 'sit' in and refresh any of the courses they have completed entirely free for a year after their course, joining in and revising the course content.
Reiki sharing meetings are arranged after the course for students to meet up again comparing their experiences and sharing a Reiki treatment, meditation and sometimes chanting the kotodama, feeling and understanding vibrational sound.
Certification: All the courses are accompanied by a certificate confirming that you have followed the spiritual practice of the system of Reiki from the original Japanese perspective.
About the host
Jenny teaches Reiki that has been practised in Japan since time began, long before Reiki was moved to the West, much of the esoteric teachings connect to and follow on from that date. The early Reiki teachings consider that the Reiki system is not all about treatments, and hands on healing but about us, our self-discovery and our true selves.
