Seven week mindfulness course – an introduction to reducing stress starting Tuesday 21st February 2017 - 9.30am-10.30am. It is held at Vida Pilates, 2 Fulham High Street, SW6 3LQ. The venue is a short five minute walk from Putney Bridge tube station.
This mindfulness course is for anyone who is living a busy and demanding life and wants to get a whole lot more from life. Slow down and explore what’s possible!

About the host
Natasha is a mindfulness coach and facilitator who is accredited with the International Coaching Federation. She is also Reiki practitioner and meditation teacher, and offers one to one Reiki healing, meditation, visualisation, akashic readings and flower essence remedies for an all round holistic approach to reducing stress and anxiety.
