Foundation first degree enables you to begin to practice Reiki for yourself by placing this powerful self-healing tool into your own hands. This is a two day training course during which your earth connection is restored, this enables the reconstruction of a stable foundation upon which to build a healthy, joyous and bright future.

Digital foundation first degree attunement is firmly rooted in the usui tradition of natural healing.

The general theme for foundation attunement is return to joy, stability and balance. It is an empowering way to continue your individual healing process by having your earth connection restored, so that you can draw Reiki energy up from the earth beneath you for yourself. It is also deeply healing of issues to do with mothering and the feminine, a receptive aspect of your being. It brings about stability and creates a new foundation upon which to build your life.

Different themes emerge for each attunement weekend, and the special themes for this particular foundation attunement weekend are:

Day one:

• Healing - a bringing back to wholeness for all parts of your being.
• Nurturing - the importance of being good to one’s physical body, it’s your earthsuit, and you are only given one in this lifetime!

Day two:

• Advance - moving forward to the next step, learning the next set of life’s mysteries with due reward for investment made.
• Prayer/inner peace - profound balancing of the self through making peace within oneself and with others. Honour who you are, learn more about why you are here and begin to see the true beauty of your own potential.

Attunement weekends are very special, and lovely to attend. They are prepared so that you are able to take a step out of your ordinary everyday life to participate in the kind of ceremony and ritual which for the most part has been lost. This process is gentle, empowering, deeply healing, and is all about you and your highest well-being and happiness. Teaching is through word, image, music, sharing and visualisation, as each of us learns in an individual way. There are four attunement ceremonies, which take place in my healing room, which becomes the attunement space. The teaching space is separate and this is where you spend most of the time. Both spaces are prepared specially to be safe, sacred and boundaried. Each foundation attunement weekend has its own particular energy, depending on the candidates who attend, but is always perfect for each person.

Attendance at attunement weekends is by invitation only, following the minimum of three Reiki treatments by way of preparation and to begin gentle emotional release and healing.

The cost of foundation is £300, £150 of which is payable as a deposit to secure your place - the groups are small with a maximum of four places. On payment of the deposit and a formal acceptance, I will send you your preparation manual.

The only prerequisite is the completion of a cycle of golden way Reiki treatments.

A 21 day period of clearing and cleansing begins prior to the foundation weekend, which you can support gently by following the guidance in the preparation manual. There is a further 21 day period of cleansing and clearing following the foundation weekend, which you will be able to encourage by practicing Reiki for yourself on a daily basis.

After attunement you have the opportunity to be supported by receiving a foundation cycle of three Reiki Treatments.
